On Saturday evening together with Valerio´s family, I spent a cool time in their posada, with pastorela and piñata and ponche de fruta and chamorro and these crazy mariachi musicians. The glossary to read more on these traditions

The market 'Libertad', better known as 'San Juan de Dios', is one of the biggest market places in Mexico with an area of about 400.000 m2. It has been constructed in the fifties and nowadays it hosts about 2800 'stores'. You can find everything. This picture is the food section, where you can find every kind of food and little 'restaurants' prepare very cheap food.
The market is well known for its vast variety of illegal products, like videogames, music cd's, software for pc or clothes. My actual list of stuff, I have bought there: 5 DvD's, one music cd, two 'Lacoste Polo Shirts' Fabriqué en France :-), batteries and the rest, I can't remember right now.
